I have tried the Recon out in the field and love this. Being a girl is always interesting with chest holsters. To get around of grabbing boob while grabbing my side arm I moved the shoulder strap over my shoulder of my dominate hand and dropped the holster down some so the strap goes between the boots. I can comfortably grab my side arm without grabbing boob or having a unnatural wrist bend, makes it closer to a horizontal type pull. It is so nice to have a chest holster. Even when taking a leak in the woods is better seeing I dont have to worry about the hip holster pulling my belt, and my chest holster does not get in the way of my pack or my camera. I am so happy my husband had one for me to test drive, which led me to purchase one!!! Great product that solves gun carry issues and keeps the side arm secure.

Clipped right into system with little adjustment. Banana was very secure in rig! Love it!

If I’m being honest, this rig is the best I’ve had on. Completely secure. Completely comfortable. I will be sharing this product. Very happy! 100% recommend.

Edited 2/16/24 - Review of the rig its self remains the same. Didn’t like the way one particular shell felt on my chest, figured with the “No BS” guarantee I wouldn’t have a problem returning it. Not the case. Beginning to end was close to a month and that’s only because I literally had to just continue to send messages. They do not respond. More than a week would go by with no response. Horrible customer service. Didn’t even get the right amount back to top it off. Consider before purchase.

I haven’t done much activity with it yet just got it but when I put it on it feels as if I was born with it on me the only thing the strap that is closer to the neck the company might think of adding a padding of sorts not to rub on the neck if worn over a T-shirt. But that something that most of the people can figure out by themselves as well, although it would be nice to have. besides that I absolutely love it. 

Absolutely perfect and everything I wanted in a chest holster, I can still use my binoculars and doesn’t even interfere. Feels very comfortable and don’t even know it’s there, perfect for everything outdoors and highly recommend it.

Got a chest rig for my Glock 40MOS with suppressor sights and a stream light tlr1HL and it is by far the best holster I’ve ever gotten. I even have a chest rig from gunfighters and the NW retention is by far the best fitting
