Idk how it performs because I havent received it yet

Idk how it performs because I havent received it yet. the product was shipped late and has been stuck in Ft Worth Fedex for 11 days. Yall don’t have contact with Fedex. i can’t get any resolve with Fedex. I was even willing to drive an hour .5 to go get it. Now I just want my money back and would advise to be more honest on your web site about business days vs 10-20 day lead time. Very disappointed.
