Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship using USPS only.

Shipping rates are flat-rate and calculated based on package weight at checkout.

If you would like to use a carrier other than USPS, you must contact us prior to placing your order at info@invaderconcepts.com. Alternate shipping methods are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.


Build Time (Made-to-Order Products)

Many of our products are made to order.

Build time refers to the time required to manufacture your product before it ships.
Build times fluctuate and are clearly displayed on each applicable product page.

By selecting a product and completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the posted build time.

The website is kept up to date to reflect current build timelines.


Expedited Build Time

Expedited shipping options may be available on select products and are shown directly on the product page.

Expedited build time affects how quickly your product is made, but it does not change the transit speed once the order has shipped.


Order Processing

Once your item has completed build time, orders are processed for shipment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • Processing time does not include transit time

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Issues, Damage, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@invaderconcepts.com within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Photos or additional documentation may be requested.

We proudly stand behind our products with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, part of our Lineage Promise.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before initiating a return.


Reworks

In certain cases, we may offer reworks within the 30-day return window.

Reworks are:

  • Evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • Intended for minor adjustments or corrections

  • Not guaranteed

Due to build times and logistics, reworks may take longer than returns.

For most situations, returning the item and placing a new order is the fastest and preferred solution.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@invaderconcepts.com.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.


Warranty Claims

Warranty-related issues are handled separately under our Lifetime Warranty Policy and are not subject to this return process.
