This warranty covers:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Intentional damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Include a description of the Issue and Photos

If a claim is approved, Invader Concepts will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
We will cover shipping costs associated with approved warranty claims.

This Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Invader Concepts and applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise stated in writing.

Except for this express Lifetime Warranty, all products are provided “as is” as described in Section 9 above.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invader Concepts, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
