Laura Groesbeck

My name is Laura Groesbeck and I live in the beautiful mountains of Idaho. I grew up with a deep love of the outdoors and always dreamed of adventure. I first got the opportunity to go hunting in my early teens, and fell deeply in love with it after harvesting my first whitetail at 17. I've come a long way since that 17 year old girl pulled the trigger on her first deer. I now spend all my time in the mountains, on the river, and everywhere in between, hunting everything from big game to small, and upland bird to waterfowl. Fishing for steelhead, salmon, bass, a variety of trout species, perch, crappie, and more. Spearfishing all through the summer, and trapping all through the winter. Though I spend most of my time in the outdoors solo, my husband and I are raising our 4 young children to have a deep connection with the outdoors, and prioritize making memories with them in the woods away from the chaos and distractions of every day life. While I'm adventuring all over my rough and beautiful state, I always have my .40 carried securely in my Invader Concepts Recon chest holster. Almost 5 years of wearing it for 2/3 of the year and it is a piece of gear I never leave home without.
